Murfreesboro City Schools provides memorable eclipse experience for students

Murfreesboro City Schools was one of few districts that remained open for the August 21 total solar eclipse, but that didn’t discourage teachers and staff from providing a lasting educational experience. As detailed during the MCS board meeting held on Tuesday, Aug. 22, teachers took the class time as a unique opportunity to enlighten students on the science behind the eclipse.
